What SavD is

SavD is an emergency-communications platform operated by SignOut LLC (the registered business). SignOut LLC is a business-to-business provider; SavD is sold to response organizations — cities and public-safety agencies, private ambulance services, security companies, campuses, resorts, and event operators. SavD lets a dispatcher send a person in distress a secure link so the caller can share live location and chat with the dispatcher — no app download or signup needed. SavD supplements an emergency call; it does not replace calling emergency services.

Our text message (SMS) program — transactional only

SavD sends transactional and operational text messages only. This is not a marketing program: we never send promotional, affiliate-marketing, or lead-generation texts. There are two groups of recipients:

Callers (people seeking help): a one-time secure link, sent by the dispatch agency the caller contacted, so they can share live location and chat with the dispatcher.
Operators, responders, and administrators: operational notifications tied to their work on the platform — incident activations and taskings, session/escalation alerts, and account/security notices.

How recipients consent (opt-in)

Receiving text messages is optional and is never required to use SavD, create an account, or receive help.

Callers — verbal, caller-initiated (no web form): the caller dials the dispatch agency directly. The secure-link text is offered as an optional convenience — the caller may decline and still be assisted by phone. If they want it, the agent collects the caller's mobile number and the caller verbally agrees to receive one secure-link text. The agent identifies the brand (the agency, powered by SavD / SignOut LLC), states that it is one message for this request, that message and data rates may apply, and that the caller may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. There is intentionally no website sign-up form for callers.
Operators, responders, administrators: an optional, separate opt-in offered during onboarding — off by default and not required to create an account or use the platform. Those who decline still have full use of SavD and get the same information in-app.

Message frequency, cost, and opt-out

Message frequency varies and is event-driven (callers typically receive one message per request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact support@savd.io. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
